Comienzan las denuncias silenciadas por la prensa receptoras de las adjudicaciones de Mar Sánchez Sierra desde la Secretaría de Medios de la Xunta. para ocultar las maniobras de su pelotazo urbanístico sobre las Casa Bailly.

El alcalde de Oleiros, Ángel García Seoane, lleva tiempo denunciando que esta operación urbanística, que ha llegado a calificar de "pelotazo", es ilegal. Ahora el concello oleirense anuncia el recurso, que presentará "ante la autoridad competente". El Concello argumenta que el convenio firmado entre Cambre y los promotores urbanísticos incuple la normativa urbanística en un entorno en el que Cambre y Oleiros son lindantes.
Todo el terreno del ámbito, a excepción de las Bailly, «foi obxecto dunha cesión ao Concello en execución dun anterior convenio urbanístico», es propiedad, de Fincela S.L., y tienen una superficie de 19.517 metros cuadrados.
La modificación urbana aprobada por el Concello de Cambre para un pelotazo urbanístico de FINCENLA SL, vulnera la Disposición transitoria primera, apartado 2, régimen de aplicación a los municipios con planeamiento no adaptado a la ley 2/2016 del suelo de Galicia. El municipio de Cambre no dispone de Plan Xeral de Ordenación Municipal, según el Alcalde de Oleiros que tacha las operaciones urbanísiticas de la Casa Bailly ( MARÍA DEL MAR SÁNCHEZ SIERRA ) de un pelotazo urbanístico sin precedentes en Galicia. Las normas subsidiarias son del año 1994 y no fueron adaptadas a la Ley 1/1997, ni a la Ley 9/2002. Tampoco se adaptó a la Ley del suelo actual 2/2016.
